Every active streak votes, and its weight is the same rank weight that feeds The Vigil. A wallet that bought this morning votes as a Spark no matter how much it holds. Buying more tokens does not buy more say — only holding them does.
Proposals are published as part of the site itself, rather than kept somewhere they could be quietly reworded. Adding or changing one means publishing a new version of the site, which leaves the history of what was asked out in the open.
What should the community push for next?
Non-binding on anything financial. This decides where the site points attention — the banner goal, and what the daily posts count toward.

Should the lapsed record shorter streaks?
Currently only streaks of 7 days or more are recorded. Lowering it makes the board fuller and harsher; raising it makes it rarer and heavier.

These votes decide where attention goes — the community goal, how the boards behave, what gets built next. They do not direct money, and they never will: a vote that distributes funds to holders is the same problem as distributing funds to holders, and it is off the table for the reasons set out in the risk section. Outcomes are also not binding on anything that would make the token an investment.
Every ballot is published alongside the totals, so anyone can recompute a result by hand rather than trusting ours.
